Most Lenient Districts

According to the U.S. Sentencing Commission (USSC), more than 64,000 individuals were sentenced in U.S. federal courts in fiscal year 2024 under the Federal Sentencing Guidelines, with the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984 establishing the modern framework.
