PlainSentencing's public record of verified USSC data refreshes, pipeline fixes, and material methodology changes. Entries are added only when we can substantiate them from git history, ETL metadata, or a confirmed reader report, never backfilled.
August 30, 2026: FY2025 USSC data integrated
Integrated the U.S. Sentencing Commission's FY2025 Individual Offender Datafile release:
66,518 new cases, bringing FY2015–FY2025 coverage to 728,223 federal
sentencing records across 93 districts. Homepage, district, offense, rankings, methodology, schema
temporal coverage, and the honest data-vintage stamp now read FY2025. Pipeline commits
09b0b51 (ETL ingest) and b3732cb (site coverage refresh).
August 29, 2026: per-entity RSS update feeds
District and offense detail pages now expose RSS feeds that publish an item only when ETL-owned
source-vintage metadata changes, no fabricated update history. Commit 471cce9.
August 29, 2026: Discover-ready wide share images
District and offense entity pages emit 1600×900 (16:9) satori share assets alongside the standard
1200×630 cards, with dual-size image JSON-LD and explicit primaryImageOfPage.
